Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Perioperative hemoglobin ranged from 70 g/L to 100 g/L; 2.There was no restriction on gender and age; 3.The altitude of permanent residence was lower than 2500 m; 4.The anesthesia method was L3-4 combined lumbar and epidural anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Malignant tumors, and surgical site infection patients cannot use of autologous blood doping; 2.The ability of oxygen-carrying hemoglobin blemish disease; 3.Nearly 1 year with clear serious allogeneic blood transfusion reaction; 4.Cannot accept due to religious beliefs of allogeneic blood transfusion patients; 5.In addition to the low hemoglobin all types of anemia.
