Interventions

Intervention group:0.2mg/kg of esketamine was administered before induction of anesthesia and at the end of surgery
Control group:Before anesthesia induction and operation, the same amount of normal saline was given to the intervention group

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 65 years; 2.ASA grade I-III; 3.Volunteer to join the study and sign the consent form; 4.Patients with preoperative anxiety or depression were evaluated (HADS score > 7).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Unable to complete the questionnaire with cognitive or language dysfunction; 2.Long-term use of glucocorticoid kinin, interferon and other immunomodulatory drugs; 3.Ssevere mental illness and taking related drugs; 4.Patients contraindicated to the use of esketamine: patients with increased intracranial pressure, cerebral hemorrhage, glaucoma, stubborn hypertension, serious cardiovascular disease, and hyperthyroidism.
