Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosis of multiple keloid in patients aged 18 to 60 years; 2.Clinical type: small keloid (D < 2cm) and/or medium keloid (long 2.0-5.0cm, width < 3.0cm); 3.Patients with obvious hyperemic reaction and rapid growth of keloid infiltration around; 4.Fluorescence staining was used to detect fungi 3-4+; 5.Vancouver scale 11-15 points; 6.Sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with serious underlying diseases; 2.Lactation or pregnancy; 3.Patients who are allergic to study drugs; 4.Patients who have previously received superficial X-rays; 5.Keloid lesions have obvious ulceration; 6.Oral and topical use of drugs or skin care products that may affect the test results within 30 days.
