Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients under general anesthesia for elective non-cranial or cardiac surgery; 2.Aged more than 65 years, gender unlimited; 3.BMI 18-30 kg/m^2; 4.Normal communication; 5.Voluntary subjects signed informed consent were selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are taking any form of analgesic or neuromodulation drugs; 2.Dementia, mental retardation or other neuropsychiatric diseases; 3.People with hearing disabilities; 4.Patients with cerebrovascular history; 5.Other factors lead to communication difficulties in patients.
