Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Pathologic confirmed glioma; 2.Older than 18 years or younger than 80 years; 3.Male or Female; 4.The tissue reached test criterion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.System therapy before surgery; 2.Do not acquire MR Imaging.
