Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 20 to 40 years, height 150-170cm, weight 50-80kg, ASAI or II grade, BMI<35kg/m^2, same group of surgeons for second cesarean section; 2.The parturient is easy to communicate and has no serious dysfunction of important organs; 3.Puerpera and their family members agree to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Maternal simple intelligence examination score < 24 points; 2.Patients with abnormal liver, kidney and other important organs; 3.Patients with severe vision or hearing impairment; 4.Patients who have taken analgesic, sedative or antidepressant drugs for a long time; 5.Suspicious preoperative sleep quality or severe insomnia (AIS score greater than or equal to 4 points); 6.Patients with severe bradycardia (HRG <= 50 beats/min), hypotension (preoperative SBP <= 90mmHg) or abnormal heart rhythm; 7.Patients with a history of endocrine system disorders, mental disorders or allergic diseases; 8.Complications related to obstetrics and contraindications of epidural anesthesia; 9.Have a history of research drug allergy.
