Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged >=60 years; 2.ASA I-III patients; 3.Patients with lumbar surgery and joint replacement; 4.Agree to participate in the experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients whose preoperative renal function examination indicated that they had reached AKI diagnostic criteria; 2.Patients with severe heart and liver dysfunction or pregnancy and lactation; 3.Patients with kidney disease and operation history; 4.Patients participating in other clinical trials.
