Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Female patients with primary breast cancer who were first diagnosed by clinician pathology after surgery; 2.Clear consciousness, with certain reading ability or verbal expression ability, and with no obstacle to communicate with investigators; 3.After the investigator explained the purpose of the study, the patients were willing to cooperate with the researcher; 4.Agree to participate in the survey.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe and terminal diseases (cachexia, difficult to complete follow-up); 2.Patients who taking antidepressants; 3.Patients who have suffered from other kinds of tumors; 4.Before the diagnosis of breast cancer has been clinically diagnosed with depression, anxiety and other psychological disorders.
