40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.After shoulder joint release under brachial plexus anesthesia; 2.Aged 40 to 80 years; 3.Voluntarily signed informed consent; 4.Vital signs are stable.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with skin diseases around the injection site, skin ulceration around puncture, or obvious swelling and effusion of joints caused by other diseases that cannot be ruled out; 2.Patients with abnormal coagulation function or undergoing anticoagulation therapy; 3.Serious systemic diseases are not under effective control; 4.Have central nervous system disease, mental disease, can not communicate with normal speech; 5.Contraindications of autotransfusion, such as immunosuppression, tumor or other serious diseases; 6.Other circumstances that the investigator considers inappropriate to participate in the study or cannot cooperate with the study for any reason.
