Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aged 0-2 years who have been diagnosed as needing liver transplantation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with preoperative cognitive abnormalities (hepatic encephalopathy or other neurological disorders); Children with congenital diseases other than liver (eg: congenital heart disease); Children with important organ infection outside the hepatobiliary system before surgery; Children with secondary liver transplantation.
