Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who voluntarily participate and sign informed consent; 2.Patients with primary or secondary infertility who meet the diagnostic criteria for infertility are diagnosed as infertility by a doctor; 3.Patients with multiple adverse pregnancy history and need to receive assisted reproductive technology treatment; 4.Patients who have gone to the Reproductive Medicine Center to improve relevant examinations or who have entered the cycle of treatment; 5.Patients who can read and write Chinese; 6.Patients who agreed to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who come to the Center for Reproductive Medicine for the first time; 2.Questionnaire vacancy > 50%.
