Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Postoperative patients with esophageal tumors; 2.Hypoxemia occurred in ICU after operation (arterial blood gas with non-ventilator assistance PaO2 / FiO2 < 300); 3.Voluntarily signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Aged < 18 years; 2.Pregnant or lactating women 3.Patients with mental disorders; 4.Hemodynamic instability (MAP < 60mmhg); 5.Heart failure causes fluid overload; 6.Pneumothorax; 7.Implantable defibrillator; 8.Nasal trauma and curvature of nasal septum; 9.History of lung surgery; 10.Tracheostomy patients; 11.Participated in other drug studies.
