Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients admitted to the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University between January 1st, 2012 and March 31st, 2021; 2.CT/CTA/ angiography was performed during hospitalization. 3.Serum creatinine was detected before and after CT/CTA/ angiography; 4.Basic medical record information is complete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with stage 5 chronic kidney disease; 2.Patients with chronic dialysis; 3.Dialysis was performed within 7 days prior to CT/CTA/ angiography; 4.No serum creatinine was detected within 7 days after CT/CTA/ angiography; 5.Multiple contrast agents were used within 14 days.
