0.5 mg morphine group:Patient received intrathecal 0.5 mg morphine with 15 mg ropivacaine before general anesthesia
0.25 mg morphine group:Patient received intrathecal 0.25 mg morphine with 15 mg ropivacaine before general anesthesia
Ropivacaine group:Patient received intrathecal 15 mg ropivacaine before general anesthesia

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged over 18 years; 2.Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic colorectal surgery; 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I to III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Had contraindications to spinal anesthesia; 2.Suffer from chronic pain; 3.Suffer from liver and renal dysfunction; 4.Allergic to the study drug; 5.Could not cooperate with the study for any reason such as language understanding difficulties, mental illness.
