18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Informed consent; 2. Delivered at 37-41 gestational weeks, between the maternal age of 18 and 40 years old, and fetal weight in the range of 2500-4000g, singleton pregnancy; without II or higher level of perineal laceration or instrumental delivery; 3. No clinical manifestations and complaints of pelvic floor dysfunction (fecal incontinence, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse); 4. Have the intention and plan to have a second child within 1 year; 5. Prenatal examination and delivery in Nanfang hospital; 6. Interval time between delivery and first evaluation of the study longer than 1 year; 7. BMI: 18.5-23.5.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Prior surgery involving the pelvic cavity or perineum; 2.Genital tract malformations; 3.Absolute or relative cesarean section indications, do not recommend vaginal delivery; 4.Previously diagnosed cervical incompetence; 5.Serious medical complications, such as respiratory diseases, hypertension, diabetes; 6.History of alcoholism, smoking, poor living habits, long-term constipation, etc; 7.Diseases that may lead to adverse pregnancy outcomes, such as antiphospholipid antibody syndrome, thrombophilia, systemic lupus erythematosus, etc; 8.Contraindications to MR examination.
