Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 25-80 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine for stroke, TCM diagnostic criteria for stroke and diagnostic criteria for dysphagia; 3. There is a swallowing disorder, and the water field drinking test is grade 2-5; 4. Pharyngeal stage manifestations in dysphagia staging were found by VE or VFSS; 5. Able to understand and execute the simple instructions of the therapist, with good cognitive ability, and a score of >= 21 on the Mini-Mental State Examination Scale (MMSE); 6. The patient has good compliance with the researcher's observation and evaluation; 7. Voluntarily participate in this subject and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The incidence of stroke is more than 1 time; 2. Patients with transient ischemic attack and reversible neurological deficit; 3. Dysphagia caused by other reasons; 4. Cardiovascular system, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and endocrine system and other serious primary diseases, mental patients.
