Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with primary knee osteoarthritis who underwent unilateral TKR surgery; 2. Aged 50-80 years; 3. No severe knee varus, valgus deformity, flexion and contracture deformity; 4. Those who have no previous history of knee surgery; 5. There is no subluxation and dislocation of the patella, no obvious degeneration of the patella, no abnormal joint activity, and no history of immune arthritis or other medical conditions in the family; 6. The patient's hospitalized case data and postoperative follow-up data are complete and the mental state, cognitive function and compliance are all good.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The deformity is greater than 30 degree, and there is a large amount of bone loss; 2. Previous bone resection; 3. Obesity, history of carotid artery stenosis, history of atrial fibrillation, deformity, tumor and other diseases; 4. Other inflammatory reactive arthritis; 5. The follow-up time is less than 3 months.
