Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. An adult patient diagnosed with neurotrophic keratitis in our hospital was confirmed to be moderate or severe neurotrophic keratopathy according to the latest classification of NK. 2. Patients who have been unsuccessfully treated with antibiotics, artificial tears, corneal nutrients, and contact lenses for at least 4 weeks before treatment. 3. The depth of the lesion is less than 2/3, and there is no dissolution perforation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Undergoing treatment of infectious keratitis, corneal dystrophy, glaucoma, peripheral ulcerative keratitis, endophthalmitis. 2. History of surgery (laser, refraction) in the first 3 months, history of other eye diseases.
