Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient inclusion criteria: (1) Stroke patients who meet the diagnostic criteria such as ''Key Points for the Diagnosis of Various Cerebrovascular Diseases'' and are diagnosed by cranial CT or MRI, and whose scores of activities of daily living cannot be completely independent (MBI score >= 40 points); (2) More than 3 months after stroke, the condition is stable; (3) Normal cognitive function (MMSE score >= 27 points), able to answer questions correctly and clearly; (4) Informed consent to participate in this study. 2. Inclusion criteria for carers: (1) Informal caregivers who undertake primary caregiving tasks; (2) Aged >= 18 years; (3) The daily care time is >= 4 hours, and the total care time is >= 3 months; (4) Normal cognition (MMSE score >= 27 points); (5) Informed consent and voluntary participation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient exclusion criteria: diseases other than stroke affect patients with limited self-care, such as fractures, cervical spondylosis, lumbar spondylosis, ankylosing spondylitis, etc. 2. Exclusion criteria for caregivers: those with severe acute and critical illnesses, such as heart failure, respiratory failure, etc.
