Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children diagnosed with congenital pulmonary airway malformations in Guangzhou Women and Children's Medical Center; 2. Children with congenital pulmonary airway malformations who are to undergo pulmonary surgery; 3. The age of operation is under three years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pneumothorax, bullae, heart disease and other respiratory diseases that can cause impaired lung function are confirmed by clinical symptoms and imaging studies.
