50 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine for heart failure, and patients with diuretic resistance meet the criteria for diuretic resistance; 2. Aged 50-90 years; 3. New York Heart Association Cardiac Function Class (NYHA) >= grade III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Anuria (daily urine volume 265.2µmol/L); hypokalemia (serum potassium 5.5 mmol/L), severe hypotension (recumbent systolic blood pressure 120 beats/min); 4. Malignant tumor, end-stage renal failure, severe hepatic insufficiency, autoimmune disease, moderate anemia of uncontrolled adrenal function (hemoglobin < 90 g/L); 5. Pregnant and lactating patients.
