Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients who are scheduled to undergo lumbar spine surgery in prone position under general anesthesia with tracheal intubation. 2. Aged 60-79 years. 3. Hypertensive patients take ARB antihypertensive drugs on time for at least 3 months and have good blood pressure control. 4. The physical status of the American Society of Anesthesiologists ASA grade <= grade III. 5. Patients who clearly understand and voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form themselves.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with multiple system diseases: heart failure (ejection fraction = B; creatinine >= 200umol/l) and other severe heart, lung, liver and kidney insufficiency. 2. Shock, moderate to severe anemia (Hb = 180 mmhg or diastolic blood pressure >= 100 mm Hg. 5. Have a history of morbid obesity, BMI >= 30kg/m^2. 6. History of hyperthyroidism. 7. A history of cerebrovascular accident and myocardial infarction in the past 6 months. 8. Patients taking reserpine, ß-blockers and ACEI drugs 1 month before surgery. 9. Participated in clinical trials of other drugs in the past 3 months.
