Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with type 2 diabetes (1999 WHO diabetes diagnostic criteria); 2. History of pain in the distribution area of tibial nerve, common peroneal nerve and deep peroneal nerve; 3. Common nerve compression sites such as common peroneal neural canal and tarsal canal Tinel (+); 4. Two-point discrimination loss: the big toe is at 9mm.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of cervical and lumbar vertebrae; 2. There are related risk factors such as alcoholism, uremia, peripheral vascular disease; 3. Nerve root disease; 4. Foot edema.
