18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The general health is in good condition; 2. Good oral hygiene; 3. Patients with single tooth defect requiring implantation; 4. After periodontal basic treatment; 5. Participate voluntarily and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Minors or cognitive impairment, unable to understand the test content; 2. Severe systemic disease, unable to tolerate routine outpatient tooth extraction and implant surgery; 3. A history of radiotherapy for head and neck tumors; 4. Long-term use of corticosteroids, bisphosphonates and other drugs that affect bone regeneration; 5. Severe periodontitis; 6. Patients with severe gag reflex; 7. Patients with maxillary posterior teeth requiring maxillary sinus lift.
