20 Years to 50 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20-50 years, BMI 35kg/m^2-49.9kg/m^2, ASA I-III grade. 2. Patients who are going to undergo laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have nausea or vomiting before surgery and apply antiemetics; 2. Long-term use of sedative and analgesic drugs or alcohol abusers; 3. Mental disorder, unable to communicate normally, with a history of epilepsy, still taking anti-epileptic drugs; 4. Poorly controlled diabetes (fasting blood sugar greater than 12mmol/L); 5. Bleeding disease, abnormal coagulation function and menstrual period; 6. Serious systemic diseases (heart disease, coronary heart disease, pacemaker); 7. Refused to participate in this research.
