Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for CKD patients: (1) Clinically proven CKD patients of different stages in the Department of Nephrology of our hospital; (2) Aged 30-80 years; (3) No history of kidney transplantation; (4) No clear history of cardiovascular disease, no obvious clinical symptoms such as chest pain, chest tightness, palpitations or dyspnea; (5) Normal electrocardiogram performance. 2. Inclusion criteria for normal volunteers: (1) Aged 30-80 years; (2) No history of hypertension (systolic blood pressure <140mmHg; diastolic blood pressure <90mmHg), hyperlipidemia and diabetes; (3) No history of cardiovascular disease, no obvious clinical symptoms such as chest pain, chest tightness, palpitations or dyspnea; (4) The electrocardiogram was normal.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. LVEF < 50% after CMR treatment; 2. Pregnant patients; 3. Contraindications for CMR examination; 4. CMR examination found that the left ventricular myocardium was significantly hypertrophic, the size of the heart chamber was abnormal, the myocardial movement was abnormal, and the valve was moderately to severe stenosis or insufficiency; 5. CMR image quality is insufficient.
