25 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. At least 5 episodes of moderate to severe vestibular symptoms lasting 5 minutes to 72 hours; 2. Past or current migraine with or without aura that meets the diagnostic criteria of ICHD; 3. 50% of vestibular episodes were accompanied by at least 1 migraine symptom: (1) Headache, with at least two of the following characteristics, unilateral, fluctuating, moderate to severe pain, and headache aggravated by daily physical activity; (2) Photophobia, fear of sound; (3) Visual aura; 4. Have the ability to provide informed consent; 5. Have the ability to understand the questionnaire; 6. Individuals and cognitively impaired individuals not taking alcohol, stimulants, sedatives and other drugs.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 80 years; 2. Diagnosed with other peripheral vestibular vertigo diseases such as BPPV, Meniere's disease, anterior acoustic neuritis; 3. Combined with other peripheral vestibular vertigo diseases such as BPPV and Meniere's disease; 4. Severe or decompensated clinical or psychiatric illness.
