Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis (positive sputum culture); 2. Aged 18-70 years; 3. Informed consent, voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy or lactation, allergic constitution; 2. Patients with cardiovascular, liver and kidney diseases and mental patients; 3. Patients with extrapulmonary tuberculosis; 4. Patients with contraindications to ultrasound conductivity meter, such as systemic skin damage.
