Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 18 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria in the ''2018 China Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension'', diagnosed as essential hypertension; meet the diagnostic criteria for the 2017 China Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes; 3. eGFR >= 60ml/min; 4. Various antihypertensive drugs such as oral diuretics, ACEI/ARB, calcium ion antagonists, beta blockers, etc. are required to control blood pressure; 5. Cardiac function NYHA class I-II; 6. Complete clinical data and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Primary kidney disease, other secondary kidney disease; 2. Abnormal liver function, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, thyroid diseases; 3. Acute and chronic urinary tract infections and other infectious diseases, severe wasting diseases, and genetic diseases; 4. Autoimmune diseases, blood system diseases, malignant tumors; 5. Have recently taken glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants, and nephrotoxic drugs; 6. Pregnant or lactating patients.
