Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years, no gender limit; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for PD of the British Brain Bank; 3. Subjects and their families understand the clinical trial protocol and voluntarily participate in the trial and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Various secondary Parkinson's syndrome, Parkinson's superimposed syndrome and other non-primary PD; 2. Complicated with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or other major diseases of digestion, breathing, blood and other systems; 3. Combined with tumor or past tumor history; 4. Combining with other serious neurological and mental system diseases and unable to cooperate; 5. Patients deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the investigator.
