Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. The subject or the person living with him will use a smartphone.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of colorectal surgery; 2. Severe heart failure (New York Heart Class II-IV); 3. Chronic renal failure (stage 2-5) or mental disorder; 4. History of taking linaclotide or known allergic history of linaclotide within 7 days; 5. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials; 6. Patients who do not sign informed consent.
