Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the age classification of the World Health Organization (WHO), young and middle-aged refers to the age of 18-59; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for essential hypertension in the ''China Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension 2010'', in the absence of antihypertensive drugs, measure the office blood pressure three times on different days, SBP >= 140mmHg and (or) DBP >= 90mmHg. SBP >= 140mmHg and DBP < 90mmHg are isolated systolic hypertension. The patient has a history of hypertension and is currently using antihypertensive drugs. Although the blood pressure is lower than 140/90mmHg, it should still be diagnosed as hypertension. Hypertension was further divided into grades 1, 2, and 3 according to the elevated blood pressure level; 3. Normal cognitive ability, able to read and fill in required research questionnaires independently (or through investigators); 4. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney insufficiency; 2. Severe social dysfunction (patients who cannot communicate); 3. Participate in other research projects within the past 1 month.
