Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients diagnosed with Guillain-Barre syndrome in our hospital from January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2020; 2. Healthy people who underwent physical examination during the same period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic Guillain-Barre syndrome; 2. Patients with severe liver and kidney disease, heart disease, tumor and other diseases.
