Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. In line with the 1984 National Neurology, Language Impairment and Stroke Research Association AD and Related Disorders Association (NINCDS-ADRDA), the diagnostic criteria for probable ''AD''; 2. BEHAVE-AD scale score >= 8 points, MMSE scale score <= 26 points; 3. Hachinski ischemia scale score <4 points; 4. Have not used any antipsychotic drugs within 2 weeks before hospitalization; 5. Inform the family members of various risks that the patient may have during the research and treatment process. The family members are aware of the above risks, agree to join the group and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient suffers from disturbance of consciousness, central nervous system infection, stroke, brain tumor and other neurological diseases, and a history of diseases that may limit the use of TMS or medical treatment devices such as placement of cardiac pacemakers, intracranial metal, aneurysm clips, etc. 2. Have a history of addictive substance dependence, such as alcohol, psychoactive substance abuse. 3. Meet other diagnostic criteria of DSM-5 axis. 4. Hypothyroidism, vitamin B12 deficiency, folic acid deficiency; or dementia caused by various dependence and other physical and chemical factors.
