Age
60 Years to 78 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Can maintain a standing posture; 2. Walk independently without relying on others, prosthetics or walkers; 3. Normal cognitive function (Simple Mental Scale >= 24); 4. Aged over 60 years; 5. The elderly with no history of falling in the past year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Has undergone lower extremity surgery, including ankle, knee or hip replacement; 2. History of ankle or subtalar joint injury; 3. Limited ankle movement; 4. Severe arthritis of the lower extremity joints; 5. Diabetes.
