Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 18 years; 2. ASA classification I-IV; 3. The general state is stable and the respiratory function reserve is good; 4. Operation time < 2 hours; 5. Voluntarily sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Coagulopathy or epistaxis; 2. A clear diagnosis of heart disease (heart failure, angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, arrhythmia, etc.); 3. A definite diagnosis of lung disease (asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary embolism, pulmonary edema or lung cancer); 4. Pregnancy; 5. Increased intracranial pressure; 6. Infection of nasal cavity and oropharynx; 7. Allergic to propofol, egg, soy or albumin.
