Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary Parkinson's disease meets the recommended criteria of ''Chinese Parkinson's Disease Clinical Diagnostic Criteria (2016)''; 2. Aged 50-70 years; 3. In the modified Hoehn-Yahr stage 1-3; 4. The condition is stable, taking the necessary dose of Madopa, you can keep standing during the ''opening period'' of the drug; 5. No serious cognitive impairment, can learn standing movements; (MMSE score, illiteracy > 17 points, primary school level > 20 points, middle school level > 22 points); 6. Agree to participate in the research and grouping, and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney dysfunction or cancer; 2. Those without tremor performance; 3. Those who still have obvious tremors in the ''opening period'' after taking the medicine.
