Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Under the predisposing factors of cervical spine degeneration for a long time; 2. There are symptoms of cervical instability such as pain, dizziness, and abnormal movement in the cervical spine; 3. Cervical spine X-ray examination: the horizontal displacement of the vertebral body >= 3.5mm or the angular displacement of the vertebral body >= 11 degree in the lateral view or posterior extension view or hyperflexion view; 4. Aged 18 to 45 years; 5. Those who voluntarily accept and complete treatment as subjects.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cervical instability due to congenital development, trauma, tumor, tuberculosis, rheumatoid and other diseases; 2. Serious degeneration of the cervical spine, such as obvious osteophytes in the cervical vertebral body, obvious stenosis of the intervertebral space, ossification of the ligaments (anterior longitudinal ligament, posterior longitudinal ligament, etc.), obvious cervical disc herniation, spinal cord compression, etc.; 3. Spinal infection, trauma fracture, tumor, tuberculosis, severe osteoporosis, ankylosing spondylitis, etc.; 4. Those with severe skin damage or skin disease at the site of manipulation; 5. Pregnant, lactating patients or patients preparing for pregnancy, blind, deaf, mute, intellectual or mental disorders and other special groups; 6. Those who cannot accept MRI examinations, such as claustrophobia, ferromagnetic implants in the body, pacemakers, etc.
