Age
20 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnose patients with colorectal cancer; 2. Patients with synchronous metastasis; 3. Patients without tumor-related acute complications such as uncontrollable bleeding, intestinal obstruction and perforation; 4. Patients receiving primary tumor resection; 5. Regularly follow up patients in this unit.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with recurrent colorectal cancer; 2. Patients with multiple primary cancers; 3. Patients with resectable or potentially resectable metastases; 4. Clinicopathological data are missing in more than 20% of patients.
