Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of Anesthesiologists (American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status, ASA) classification I-III; 2. Aged 18-70 years; 3. Body Mass Index (BMI) 18-30 kg/m^2; 4. Elective first thoracoscopic surgery; 5. Clear awareness, good communication, informed about the experiment, and voluntarily signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe coagulation dysfunction; 2. Whole body or puncture site infection; 3. Allergies to the research drug and contraindications; 4. Severe renal and cardiac damage (New York Heart Association classes III-IV); 5. There is a history of chronic pain or persistent pain due to other diseases, and there is analgesic treatment before surgery.
