Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 18 years; 2. Sepsis (sepsis 3.0 criteria) within 24 hours of diagnosis; 3. The patient himself or his legal guardian voluntarily signed the informed consent (within 24 hours after enrollment).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or breastfeeding; 2. End-stage renal disease requires maintenance hemodialysis; 3. Renal replacement therapy has been or is expected to be performed within 6 hours; 4. Has been included in this study; 5. Expected to die within 24 hours; 6. Other conditions deemed inappropriate by the investigator.
