Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women with singleton pregnancy 6-13+6 weeks in our hospital for prenatal examination; 2. Use the Mp pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome monitoring system to screen out the high-risk of pregnancy-induced hypertension during the first prenatal visit, or the low-risk but one of the following high-risk factors: (1) Aged >= 40 years; (2) History of preeclampsia, positive antiphospholipid antibody, hypertension (no organic damage), chronic nephritis (normal renal function in this pregnancy), diabetes or hereditary thrombosis; (3) BMI >= 35kg/m^2 at the first obstetric examination; (4) Family history of preeclampsia (mother or sister); (5) First pregnancy, pregnancy interval >= 10 years, and systolic blood pressure >= 130 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >= 80 mmHg in the first trimester.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There is a history of premature birth and a history of stillbirth; 2. A history of fetal growth restriction and low birth weight; 3. A history of postpartum hemorrhage and placental abruption; 4. Have a history of serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, endocrine and blood system diseases.
