Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of the 2020 edition of the ITP diagnosis and treatment guidelines. 2. Aged >= 18 years. 3. Patients who received >= 1 drug treatment ineffective or relapsed. 4. The patient's information is complete. 5. Patients gave informed consent and participated voluntarily. 6. Sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney disease. 2. Specific allergic constitution and intolerance to treatment drugs. 3. Combined with tumor diseases. 4. Patients with severe osteoporosis. 5. Patients with a history of mental illness. 6. Suspect or have a history of alcohol or drug abuse. 7. Severe or difficult to control infection. 8. Those who have participated in other clinical trials within the past four weeks. 9. No regular follow-up. 10. Any other situation in which the researcher believes that the patient should not participate in this study.
