18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke formulated by the Fourth National Academic Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases, and be confirmed by head CT or head MRI; 2. There is upper limb motor dysfunction after assessment, and the upper-extremity portion of the Fugl-Meyer motor assessment (FMA-UE) is less than 66 points; 3. Initial onset with stable vital signs; 4. Clear consciousness, able to cooperate with treatment, MMSE>21 points; 5. Aged 18-70 years, disease duration 1 level; 7. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe spasm in the upper limbs, modified Ashworth grade > 3; 2. There are contraindications to transcranial magnetic stimulation.
