Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60 years and above; 2. BMI 18-30; 3. Elderly patients who intend to undergo lower extremity orthopedic surgery under general anesthesia combined with nerve block anesthesia; 4. Ability to read and write; 5. Voluntarily sign or be able to provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed mental illness; 2. Unable to communicate due to cognitive impairment or language impairment before surgery; 3. History of chronic pain or opioid abuse before surgery; 4. History of preoperative depression, combined with Parkinson's disease, previous history of cerebrovascular disease combined with unilateral hemiplegia; oral levodopa, donepezil hydrochloride and antidepressants, history of stroke or brain tumor; 5. Minimental state examination (MMSE) item score < 18; vision or hearing impairment (inability to see pictures or read or hear instructions); limited finger movement (limited ability to draw); and/or cannot speak, read or understand Mandarin; 6. Surgery is cancelled or changed for various reasons; 7. Withdrawal from the researcher.
