Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Undergoing mechanical ventilation and oxygenation index (PaO2 / FiO2) <= 200 mmHg; 3. Chest CT showed atelectasis; 4. Resistant to fiberoptic bronchoscopy and hospital transport examination; 5. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. During pregnancy or lactation; 2. There were obvious emphysema and pulmonary bullae; 3. Severe pneumothorax; 4. Hemodynamic instability, mean arterial pressure < 55mmhg under the condition of vasoactive drugs, uncontrollable arrhythmia; 5. Cerebral hernia or intracranial hypertension; 6. There is substantial obstruction of the bronchus.
