vNOTES group:Transvaginal natural orifice endoscopic surgery (vNOTES)

TU-LESS group:Transumbilical single-port laparoscopic surgery (TU-LESS)

Age

20 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with benign gynecologic diseases; 2.20-55 years old; 3.Have indications for vNOTES or TU-LESS endoscopic oviduct fenestration, salpingectomy, ovarian cystectomy, adnexectomy, hysterectomy, and myomectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has no sexual life history; 2. Pelvic inflammation; 3. Vaginal stricture; 4. Severe peritoneal adhesion; 5. Have a history of incisional hernia.
