Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mild MGD 2. Age-related cataract patients; 3. Lens nucleus hardness grade II; 4. Aged 45~80 years, gender is not limited; 5. For cataract surgery on both eyes, only the first eye will be included; 6. Have normal cognitive ability and be able to cooperate with questionnaires and related ophthalmological examinations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with more serious systemic diseases; 2. Patients with moderate or severe MGD or other eye diseases, such as eye allergy, trachoma, pemphigoid, chemical injury, thermal burn, radiation injury, eyelid abnormalities (such as entropion and ectropion), eyelid Spasticity, hypotony, trichiasis and ptosis, Sjgren's syndrome, glaucoma, or high intraocular pressure; 3. History of eye surgery or eye trauma; 4. Local or systemic use of glucocorticoids or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and immunosuppressants within 1 week before the test.
