Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. Pregnant women with perinatal depression (Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale score >=9).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: In addition to those with abnormal understanding and expression ability, this study does not limit other specific exclusion criteria, and maximizes the fairness and accessibility of implementation.
