Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with femoral head necrosis before unilateral or bilateral collapse (Ficat stage I and II); 2. Unilateral or bilateral hip preservation surgery (core drilling, autologous ilium, allogeneic fibula or artificial bone transplantation core drilling); 3. Healthy controls: no obvious underlying pathological changes in the hip joint.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Hip osteoarthritis; 2. Leg-calf-Perth disease; 3. Have a history of pelvic fracture; 4. Unilateral or bilateral total hip replacement; 5. Healthy control: none.
